. ARES/RACES members assigned to the Hospital will be those who have completed the orientation and familiarization program on the Hospital’s radio equipment and policies and procedures. A list of ARES/RACES members who have completed the orientation and familiarization process will be maintained by the Hospital Security Department. Access to the Radio Room will be provided by the on-duty Security Officer to any person who is on the list and who has in his/her possession an ARES/RACES identification badge.
