                      as our duties dictate we be out of the office at various times.

The Coos County Civil Division consists of three deputies assigned by Sheriff Andy Jackson. Our main function is to process the flow of official paperwork originating from the courts and various agencies in our County, State, and out of State. We receive, setup, serve and furnish proof or non-proofs of service of various documents delivered to us.

Our basic fee schedule is:

Service of 1 or 2 people at the same address, i.e. Subpoenas, Small Claims,
Summons and Complaint, Notices, Orders, etc. is $28.00

Service charge for writs of garnishment is $15.00

Service charge for Writ of Executions is $47.00.

There is no service charge for Restraining and Stalking Orders

Our office also handles sales of personal and real property to
satisfy Court ordered money judgments and foreclosures.
