Left: Corporal Rod Roberts patrols 24 square miles of the Oregon Dunes in a heavy duty four wheel drive truck.  The Dunes, one of the most popular recreation areas in Oregon, attracts hundreds of ATV, motorcycle and 4-wheel drive enthusiasts. They come from across Oregon and the rest of the United States. A large part of Deputy Roberts job is educating newcomers to the regulations on the dunes.
